Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is concluded electronically between the parties below, in accordance with the consumer protection and distance contracts legislation in force.

Buyer: The person who registers on the Site and makes the purchase. The Buyer's name, email address and billing details are those given during the purchase and appear in the order summary.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the digital learning content (course, repair guide, Arduino project, repair case or consulting service) and the physical products in the shop (learning kits, boards, sensors, parts and tools) that the Buyer purchases on the Site. The name, main characteristics and sale price including taxes, and any shipping fee, are shown on the purchase page and in the order summary.

3. Payment

Once card payment is available, payment is taken in advance at the time of purchase by debit or credit card through a licensed payment institution; card details are not seen or stored by the Seller. Until then, shop orders are paid by bank transfer, and the order is prepared once the payment reaches the Seller's account.

4. Delivery

Digital content is assigned to the Buyer's account immediately after the payment is confirmed and becomes accessible from the "My account" page; there is no physical delivery. Consulting is provided online at the date and time agreed by the parties.

Physical products are shipped by courier, after the payment is confirmed, to the address given in the order form. Delivery does not exceed the statutory maximum of 30 days from the order. The shipping fee is shown in the order summary. The Buyer should have the courier record any damage to the package on delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

Physical products: the Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty. Notice of withdrawal is sent to WhatsApp 0542 874 88 65. The product is returned within 10 days of the notice. The Seller refunds all payments received, including the delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the notice. If the product is returned with the courier named by the Seller, the return shipping cost is borne by the Seller. The Buyer is liable for any loss in value caused by using the product beyond normal inspection.

Digital content: under the distance contracts legislation in force, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form or to intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly. The Buyer accepts that they were informed about this before purchase and consented to the instant delivery of the content. The additional refund options offered by the Seller are described in the Cancellation and Refund Terms.

6. Obligations of the parties

• The Seller must provide the purchased content in full and in an accessible form, and deliver physical products intact and as ordered.
• For defective products, the Buyer may exercise the statutory remedies (replacement, repair, price reduction or withdrawal).
• The Buyer agrees to use the content for personal use only, and not to share or copy it.
• If the Buyer is under 18, they accept that they made the purchase with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.

7. Dispute resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction was made have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set by the applicable legislation; above these limits, the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

8. Entry into force
