This notice has been prepared by Elektronik Atölyem ("Elektronik Atölyem") as data controller, under the personal data protection legislation in force, to inform you about how your personal data is processed.

Payment details: Your card details are neither seen nor stored by Elektronik Atölyem. Payments are taken on the secure page of a licensed payment institution.
3. How data is collected
Your personal data is collected electronically when you fill in the membership, purchase and contact forms, through your interactions on the Site (for example, marking a lesson as completed) and through server logs.
4. Transfer of data
Your personal data is shared with the following parties only as far as necessary for the purposes above:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers: Site data is held on Supabase (database and authentication, servers in Frankfurt, Germany) and Vercel (site hosting). As these services are located abroad, your data is transferred abroad in line with the applicable legislation and with the necessary safeguards.
- Payment institution: To process payment during purchase.
- Email service provider: To send verification and notification emails.
- Google (Google Analytics): Only if you consent to cookies, for anonymized usage statistics. As Google's servers are abroad, this data is transferred abroad in line with the applicable legislation.
- Authorized public authorities: In the event of a legal request, to the extent required by law.
Your personal data is not shared with third parties for advertising and is not sold.
5. Cookies
The Site uses the strictly necessary cookies needed to keep you logged in. In addition, Google Analytics cookies are used only if you click "Accept" in the notice at the bottom of the site; your IP address is truncated and the data is not used for advertising. If you click "Decline", no analytics cookies are set. No advertising cookies are used. You can at any time.
6. Retention period
- Membership and progress data: for as long as your account is open. This data is deleted when the account is deleted.
- Sales and invoice records: for the period required by tax and commercial law (usually 10 years).
- Security logs: for the period required by the relevant legislation.
7. Your rights
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties at home or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set by the legislation,
- request that corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
8. Applications
You can send your requests, with information that verifies your identity, to WhatsApp 0542 874 88 65 from the email address you registered with. Your application is resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest. You can also apply the same way to delete your account and data.
9. Users under 18
Our Site is aimed at students and some of our users may be under 18. From these users we collect only the minimum data needed to provide the service. Parents can apply as described above regarding their children's data.
