This English translation is provided for convenience. If there is any difference, the Turkish version is legally binding.
These terms apply to everyone ("User") who uses the Elektronik Atölyem website ("Site") and its services. By registering or using the Site you are deemed to accept these terms. The Site is operated by Elektronik Atölyem ("Elektronik Atölyem").
1. Membership
- Membership is free. The information you provide when registering must be accurate.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password. You may not share your account with others.
- If you are under 18, you must get the consent of your parent or legal guardian before buying paid content.
- Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or closed.
2. Content and intellectual property
- All rights to the lesson texts, images, simulations and software on the Site belong to Elektronik Atölyem. The content may only be used for personal learning.
- Copying, republishing or selling the content without permission, or sharing paid content, is prohibited.
- Teachers may use our content in their classes by linking to the Site. Contact us for bulk use.
3. Paid content
Sales of paid courses and guides are subject to the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Terms. Unless stated otherwise, purchased content remains accessible for as long as your account stays open.
4. Repair guides and practical work: disclaimer
Working with electricity carries risks such as electric shock, fire, burns and damage to devices. The "DIY Repair" guides and the practical work in the courses are for information and education.
- Users carry out the procedures in the guides at their own risk. Following the safety warnings at the start of each guide is mandatory.
- Devices that run on mains voltage (220/230 V) must not be worked on without the necessary knowledge and equipment.
- Opening a device that is still under warranty may void the warranty.
- Users under 18 must carry out repair work under the supervision of an adult.
- To the extent that liability can be limited by law, Elektronik Atölyem is not liable for personal injury or damage to devices or property that may occur while following the guides.
5. Consulting service
Advice given as part of consulting is based on the information the user shares. The user is responsible for the outcome of applying that advice. Doing homework or exams on the user's behalf is not part of the service.
6. Changes to the service
Elektronik Atölyem may change the content of the Site, the course programs and these terms with prior notice. Access to content you have already bought is not adversely affected by such changes.
7. Personal data
How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the country where the user is located. For disputes arising from consumer transactions, the consumer arbitration bodies at the consumer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set by that country's laws; above those limits, the consumer courts at the same place have jurisdiction.
